About Me

Hello, my name is Benjamin and I am, mostly, a writer.

When I am not writing, I can be found reading, studying, or dramatically lip syncing to 80s rock. I'm into feminism, LGBT activism, raising awareness for mental health and making people laugh, which I do often (or at least I try really, really, hard).

I hate writing about myself. I feel like there are too many Is and then I get paranoid that I'm a bad writer and it hurts my self esteem.

We're on 5 Is right now. Sweet, let's do this.

I like beans on toast, stir frys and other vegetarian food that takes 0 effort to make. I also like a good pizza. I appreciate pizza a lot actually.

I blog and vlog.

I am studying English Literature with Creative Writing at Newcastle University and in the future I'd like to either be a writer or a teacher. I haven't decided which yet because I'm only 18 years old and I change my mind every 10 seconds.

So far, I have written: two novels, both of which need editing; a play named 'Dandelions'; and a heck of a lot of short stories and poems. If you would like to check out some of my fiction work, let me know.
